Right of withdrawal from the contract

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. 

The period for declaring your withdrawal from the contract starts on the day you or a person nominated by you, who is not a carrier, has taken possession of the products.

by way of an unambiguous declaration (e. g. a letter sent by ordinary mail, fax or e-mail) that you wish to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose you may, but you are not obliged to, use the attached form.
 
The deadline for withdrawing from the contract is deemed to have been met if you send the notification about your withdrawal from the contract on the day the period for withdrawing from the contract expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to pay back all amounts we received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs that arise from you having chosen a mode of shipping that differs from the less expensive standard shipping we offer) without undue delay, but not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification about your withdrawal from this contract. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will use the same means of payment as you used when making the payment for the original transaction. No costs will be charged for the repayment.

We may withhold repayment until we have received the products or until you can demonstrate that you have returned the products, whichever is the earlier.

You are obliged to send back or hand over the products to us without undue delay, but not later than fourteen days from the day you notified us about your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you post the goods before the fourteen days have expired.

The return of unused and undamaged products within 14 days is free of charge. The products to be returned must not deviate from the original condition. Please note that you only can return products if you bought them on the website citizenwatch.eu.
 
You are obliged to bear the cost of any impairment of the product’s value if you have handled the product in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. 

Exclusion or expiration of the right of withdrawal

You do not have a right to withdraw with regard to contracts
 - for products that are not pre-fabricated and manufactured according to criteria or for purposes specified by the consumer or clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;

 The right of withdrawal expires prematurely with regard to contracts
- for products that by reason of their nature cannot be separated from other merchandise after delivery.
